Instructions
- Preparation:

 - Whisk powdered sugar, cream soda, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until smooth and thick but pourable. Adjust with extra cream soda if needed.
 - Decorating:
 - Drizzle glaze over the cooled cookies with a spoon or piping bag. Allow to set at least 10 minutes before serving.
