# Ingrédients:
→ Base
01 - 1.5 cups creamy no-stir peanut butter
02 - 0.75 cup protein powder, vanilla or chocolate flavored
03 - 0.25 cup honey or maple syrup
04 - 1 cup rolled oats
→ Topping
05 - 0.25 cup dark chocolate chips
06 - Sea salt for topping, optional
# Étapes:
01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and rolled oats. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is well combined with a thick, cohesive texture that holds together easily.
02 - Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the peanut butter mixture into the prepared dish and press firmly and evenly across the bottom using a spatula to create a compact, uniform layer.
03 - Place dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
04 - Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter base. Use a spatula to spread the chocolate into an even coating across the entire surface. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
05 - Refrigerate the baking dish for a minimum of 1 hour until the chocolate is fully set and the bars are firm to the touch.
06 - Remove from refrigerator and slice into 12 to 16 bars using a sharp knife. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for extended storage.
